Transactions

Transactions are essentially forms that contain data. Every app has a transaction list and every transaction in the list will have the same form layout but will usually have different data.

When you open an app from the dashboard you will see the transaction list for that app.  Each file in the transaction list contains unique data for a particular transaction.  The transaction list has the following main sections:

Transactions Each transaction has its own data. It can be viewed and edited like a document on your computer.
Transaction List All transactions are displayed in a list. The order can be changed by clicking the column headers.
Transaction Actions After checking the box beside a transaction, you can perform an action on it. You can also perform general actions that don’t apply to a specific transaction.

Transaction Actions

The following actions can be performed on the files in the transaction list.

This opens a blank form that can be saved as a new transaction.
You can rename the file’s document name with this action.
Delete the selected transaction. Deleted transactions cannot be retrieved.
The transaction list will be refreshed.
Open the transaction list filter window. This is used to display only the transactions that fit your criteria.
After a filter is applied to the transaction list, the clear filter action removes the filter and displays all transactions again.
Open the ETL Import window. From here you can import a CSV file.

Inside a Transaction

When you create a new transaction or open an existing one, you will see a window similar to the one below. From this window you can save your transaction and navigate to other transactions.

1. Save Save the changes of the current transaction.
2. Back Go back to the transaction list.
3. New Opens a new blank form.
4. Discussion Interact with users and add attachments.
5. Workflow Status Status of the current transaction
6. Transaction This is the form that contains the data. It can be edited and saved.

Filtering

Filtering allows you to display only the transactions that interest you in the transaction list. Filters are based off of document variables and field data.

Filters Each line shows one filter that will be applied to the transaction list.
Filter List The filter list shows all of the filters that will be applied to the transaction list at the same time.
New Filter The new filter section is where a new filter is created and added to the filter list.
Save / Cancel To save click yes. To cancel click no.
